If you’ve never heard of BARS before, then don’t worry, you’re not alone. However, all you need to know is that it was formed in 1995 by 6 rally schools to help ensure that what is being offered to our thrill seekers is safe and fun and always meets a high level of standards.

It is with a heavy heart we announce that in the company of family and friends Phil Price passed away on Saturday 6th March, after a long battle with cancer.
Phil touched so many lives in and outside of the rally community. Running his infamous rally school here in the heart of Wales, alongside his wife Sheila, for the past 32 years. To say he will be missed is an understatement.
It is with huge honour we carry his name forward and continue to run his rally school to the high standard he always maintained. We can only hope that after the turmoil of the past year rallying will make a comeback, to the sport which Phil loved and dedicated his life to.
Phil spent a few weeks in St Michaels Hospice towards the end of his life and the care that he received was outstanding. If you would like to make a donation to this wonderful charity in memory of Phil then please use the following link:
