The School House

Caely Barn and Annex (Self Catering & B&B)
Our holiday rental is a two bedroom barn conversion which sleeps four. Downstairs there is an open plan living area and kitchen whilst upstairs are two double bedrooms, each with a King sized bed and one family bathroom. There is an additional folding single bed and a cot available on request.
If you wish to accommodate more than 4 the “annex” is another large double bedroom and shower room attached to the ground floor of the barn.
Bed & Breakfast
There are two options available : For 4-6 people the Holiday Cottage is available to rent on a B&B basis. Prices vary throughout the year and are based on the self catering rental cost plus cost of breakfast. Breakfast is served in the farm house and can be tailored to meet your requirements and preferences. For 2 people the downstairs bedroom in the barn is also a fully self-contained annex. Although there is no kitchen there are full tea and coffee making facilities including a small fridge. There is also a large en-suite shower room. Breakfast is served in the nearby farmhouse and can be tailored to meet your requirements and preferences. Evening meals are also available at certain times of the year.

Rally round at Phil’s and then visit Breeze or Elvin’s Cottages part of Teds Fold Farm situated a few yards down the farm lane off Broad street in Presteigne. 15 minutes drive from the rally school.

Rose Cottage (Self Catering)
Rose Cottage is situated in the picturesque upper Teme valley, on the border between Powys and Shropshire in the Welsh Borders. Dutlas lies between the market towns of Knighton and Newtown. Rose Cottage is a comfortable two-bed roomed cottage with modern conveniences, stunning views, and lots of wildlife. Visitors find it a perfect retreat from the bustle of city life.
Rose Cottage has one double room and one room for two. It comfortably sleeps four, and a cot is available if required. Oil fired central heating keeps the cottage snug. The main sitting room has views towards Beacon Hill and Wales, and the sun room has views across the river to Shropshire. It is a great place for bird watching! The main sitting room also has television with Free-Sat, and a Parkray stove for cool evenings. Please note that the house is not suitable for small children as there are 39 steps into the garden.
